The Co-Investing Atrium will take place on April 25th, 2025, bringing together a curated circle of up to 15 international investors with interest in investing in consumer goods, niche luxury brands, commerce to:

As the number of e-cigarette users is expected to rise to 110 million by 2030, Carnault targets an underserved niche: 2 million high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) who already use e-cigarettes. Carnault is positioned to become the brand of choice for the elite segment. 

Breaking down the numbers: Carnault is raising CHF 5M at a CHF 25M valuation for 20% equity. Capturing 1% of HNWI e-cigarette users adds 15,000 consumers, plus 2,600 more from traditional smokers switching this year, driving early revenue potential of $12M.

The 218th Co-Investing Atrium will be held via Zoom, running for 3 hours (4–7 PM Dubai / 8–11 AM New York / 2–5 PM Zurich time).
