Digital currencies are held in institutional-grade custody and used to perform transaction validations that generate consistent fee income, creating a secure and scalable infrastructure play within the crypto economy.
Breaking down the numbers: The founders are raising $20M in collateralized debt, structured with a 5-year term, offering a 14% APY interest rate, plus 5% annual performance-based interest.
100% of proceeds are deployed into collateral-backed assets used to drive transaction validation and revenue growth. The company is targeting a ~3x ROI for participating lenders within the term.
The 217th Co-Investing Atrium will be held via Zoom, running for 3 hours (3–6 PM Dubai / 7–10 AM New York / 1–4 PM Zurich time)
